DreamMaker Bath and Kitchens’ Design Center is centrally located, to the Fredericksburg Area, just off of Route 17 in Stafford County in the Heritage Commerce Center Business Park. We serve all the communities of Stafford County, Fredericksburg, and Spotsylvania County. Design Center visits are by appointment only.

DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen is owned & operated by Steve Everett who has been working in the construction field of the Fredericksburg area since 1983. Mr. Everett is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of technology with a degree in Carpentry. He holds a Virginia class A license with a BLD classification (2705 122437A). He has extensive hands on experience in all phases of residential construction and remodeling. Mr. Everett is CAPS certified and also has a certification for Lead Safety Renovation Repair and Paint.

DreamMakers’ staff has a combined 60 years of experience. Knowledgeable in all types of residential remodeling, their sales and production team are professional, friendly, and helpful in guiding you to make the best decisions for your project.

Dreammaker Bath and Kitchen, being a Certified Aging in Place company, (CAPS) caters to clients with accessibility challenges by incorporating Universal Design into every project. Universal Design is the practice of including elements that allow the client to remain in their home as they age rather than having to move into an assisted living facility. Enhancing Lives, Improving Homes is our motto as we enable those individuals, having health issues, to have greater dignity as they age. These design elements include but are not limited to installation of grab bars, roll in showers, widening doorways, ADA compliant plumbing fixtures, task lighting, wheel chair ramps, and kitchen cabinet layout and design.

Our proven business systems and relationships with preferred vendors allows us to offer a wide variety of products and services that will fit your budget. We offer a comprehensive selection of ceramic tiles, quartz and granite counter tops, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and lighting to remodel or renovate any room in your home.

Our Process: We are happy to provide a free complimentary in home consultation, then upon request will provide a detailed written proposal. After presenting you the solution for your project, if both parties are in agreement, we then move forward into the contract phase. You're then placed on our production schedule and materials for your project are ordered. We’ll receive all your materials in our warehouse before we begin the project to prevent any delays on the job. During the actual remodel we take precautions to keep your home clean and safe. We’ll communicate daily to keep you appraised of the progress of the project. Our technicians will show up every day on time and will work diligently to finish your job in a timely fashion.

DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen operates within the neighboring communities and subdivisions of Stafford County, Spotsylvania County and the city of Fredericksburg, as well as the neighboring developments, sub divisions and communities of Brooke, Chatham Heights, Hartwood, Ruby, Falmouth, Aquia Harbour, Quantico Marine Base, Garrisonville, Spotsylvania County, Lake Anna, Massaponax, Thornburg, Ladysmith, Chancellorsville, Wilderness, Partlow, Snell and surrounding areas of Virginia.
